Message	1) You need to ship out a new set, no charge. 2) You need to require a signature, to cover your yourself. There are a couple of GREAT vendors on this site, that I feel have a bit too much trust in people. It works 99% of the time, but they have been burned, be it bad luck, or from a thief. IMHO -Todd
